Repealed

Art. 19. Autorizare al Poder Ejecutivo para tomar hasta la mitad de las acciones de Compañía que se organice con el objeto de construir un camino de herradura entre uno de los afluentes del Amazonas y alguna de las poblaciones del Sur del Cauca. Si dicha Compañía no se organizare, el Gobierno contratará la construccion del camino y fijará la tarifa de peaje que estime equitativo.

En ningún caso el Gobierno dará fondos algunos, sin que previamente tenga convencimiento de que la obra se está llevando á cabo en proporcion exacta de los fondos invertidos en ella.
