La Ley 418 de 1997 , prorrogada y modificada por las Leyes 548 de 1999, 782 de 2002, 1106 de 2006, 1421 de 2010 y 1738 de 2014, tendrá un artículo nuevo, del siguiente tenor:

Artículo 49C . Inhibidores, bloqueadores y amplificadores de señales radioeléctricas . Con el fin de prevenir la comisión de conductas delictivas, el Gobierno nacional reglamentará las condiciones de instalación, fabricación, comercialización, importación, exportación, transporte, distribución, adquisición, almacenamiento, venta, suministro, reparación, publicidad, marketing y uso de inhibidores, bloqueadores y amplificadores de señales radioeléctricas.
