Art. 7.° La disposicion del artículo anterior se hace estensiva a los padres e hijos lejítimos o naturales i a las viudas de los individuos que hayan muerto o mueran por enfermedad contraida a causa del servicio, o por heridas recibidas en accion de guerra, pero que no murieron en el mismo dia.
