El Poder Ejecutivo al reglamentar esta Ley determinará precisamente las sanciones en que deben incurrir las empresas de transportes por razón de su infracción; esto sin perjuicio de las acciones civiles correspondientes y de las sanciones especiales determinadas en la Ley.
