PAGO DE MULTAS. Las cauciones que deben hacerse efectivas y las multas que se impongan en el proceso penal militar se depositarán en dinero a órdenes del correspondiente juzgado, en el Banco Popular de la localidad del depositante; y donde no exista oficina del Banco Popular, se hará en la Caja Agraria del respectivo municipio, dentro del plazo fijado por el juez.
