La presente ley rige a partir de su promulgación, y modifica los artículos 1°, 6° y 7° de la Ley 1184 de 2008 , y deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial, la Ley 2a de 1977, Decreto 750 de 1977, Capítulo IX Ley 4a de 1991, Decreto 2853 de 1991, artículo 102 de la Ley 99 de 1993 , Ley 48 de 1993 y Decreto 2048 de 1993, artículo 41 de la Ley 181 de 1995 , artículo 111 del Decreto-ley 2150 de 1995, artículo 13 de la Ley 418 de 1997 prorrogado y modificado por el artículo 2° de la Ley 548 de 1999 , así como el artículo 2° de la Ley 1738 de 2014 .
