Las armas, municiones, equipo y menaje, de propiedad de la Nación, que no estén directamente en mano de los miembros del Ejército, así como el vestuario sobrante, se custodiarán y conservaran en los lugares que determine el Poder Ejecutivo, bajo la responsabilidad de un empleado dependiente del Ministerio de Guerra, que se denominará Guardaparque.
