Los tenedores de títulos que no estuvieren conformes con la cesión podrán rescindir sus contratos, con derecho a la devolución del total de las cuotas pagadas cuando éste sea superior al valor del rescate, junto con las demás participaciones o beneficios, si los hubiere.
