º. Cada institución que preste servicios de salud en donde se desarrollen convenios docente-asistenciales, deben contar con un Comité Docente-Asistencial. Dicho Comité estará integrado por dos representantes de las instituciones formadoras de recursos humanos y por dos representantes de las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud, tendrá funciones de coordinación y evaluación de las actividades docente-asistenciales y será organismo asesor de la Dirección de la institución que preste servicios de salud. Las decisiones que tomen deberán ser por consenso.
