ARTICULO 19 . Ajustes contables por corrección a la declaración. Cuando un contribuyente, agente de retención, responsable o declarante, proceda a corregir una declaración tributaria, deberá hacer en el año en que efectúe la corrección, los ajustes contables del caso, para reflejar en su contabilidad las modificaciones efectuadas.
