Artículo primero. Declárase en vigor definitivo para la República de Colombia, desde el 18 de julio de 1976, el "Acuerdo para la Conservación de la Fauna y la Flora de los Territorios Amazónicos de la República de Colombia y la República del Brasil", firmado en la ciudad de Bogotá el 20 de junio de 1973, aprobado por la Ley 5ª de 1976 y efectuado el Canje de los Instrumentos de Ratificaciones el 18 de junio de 1976.
