De los cooperantes y voluntarios . Toda entidad sin ánimo de lucro, Organización No Gubernamental (ONG), Organización Gubernamental, Misión Diplomática u organismo internacional, que admita a un extranjero como cooperante o voluntario, con el fin de desarrollar labores de beneficio social, asistencia, verificación, observación, ayuda humanitaria, deberá informar por escrito o por los medios electrónicos establecidos para tal fin a la Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia, dentro de los quince (15) días calendario posteriores al ingreso o retiro del extranjero.
