º una vez autorizada la importación tempor a que se refiere el artículo anterior aquellas personas que deseen nacionalizar los vehículos automotores o motocicletas de matrículas de países vecinos previstos en este Decreto, deberán presentar ante el Incomex las solicitudes de licencias de importación definitivas, no reembolsables, para lo cual acompañarán copia de la resolución que autorizó la importación temporal.
