ARTICULO UNICO . Modifícase la Tarifa de Aduanas, así:

Según el numeral 107 bis-sombreros, gorros, pantalones, adornos de toda clase para vestidos, pastas para libros, asentadores para navajas, y demás artefactos no designados expresamente en la Tarifa.
