Artículo cuarto. Continuará ejerciendo la profesión las personas que tengan una antigüedad no inferior a cinco (5) años. Quienes acrediten suficientemente estas circunstancias tendrán un plazo de un (1) año para solicitar la licencia ante el Consejo Nacional de Instrumentación, creado por la presente Ley, a través de las Juntas Seccionales de Salud.
