Los auxilios decretados serán entregados en cada caso a las Juntas que nombre el Gobierno al reglamentar esta ley. Dichas Juntas, que de todas maneras serán integradas por vecinos del Municipio de Anserma, tendrán como tesorero al señor Tesorero Municipal, quien rendirá cuentas pormenorizadas ante la Contraloría General de la República.
