º Los Intendentes Divisionarios visitarán mensualmente los Batallones y se cerciorarán personalmente de si el rancho se suministra á la tropa en cantidad suficiente y en condiciones apropiadas para la higiene y salubridad de ella. Asimismo inspeccionarán si las libranzas por forraje se han formado de acuerdo con el Número de ganado que las Unidades ó Cuerpos mantienen bajo su administración, y si la suma destinada á ese gasto se invierte totalmente en él.
