Art. 1.° El distrito de Bogotá podrá pagar en bonos del tres por ciento de los de la antigua emision nacional, que fueron amortizables en los remates de los llamados bienes de manos muertas, lo que hasta la fecha de la presente ley adeude el Tesoro nacional, como resto del valor del remate de la quinta de " Ninguna parte."
