Los individuos que tengan grados militares adquiridos con posterioridad a la fecha indicada en el artículo 1º. de esta Ley deberán dirigirse al Ministerio de Guerra antes del 31 de Diciembre del presente año, acompañando sus despachos o documentos que los suplan, y las pruebas de que tales grados reúnen las condiciones exigidas en la presente Ley, para que les revisen, se les revaliden y se incluyan en el Escalafón legal.
