Artículo primero. A partir del 1º de enero de 1966 regirán las siguientes modificaciones a la planta y asignaciones del personal del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público:

Parágrafo

El Gobierno Nacional-, por medio de decreto, distribuirá entre las dependencias del Ministerio los cargos contemplados en el presente artículo.
