amends decreto 2700/91

El artículo 78 del Decreto 2700 de 1991, quedará así:

" Artículo 78 . División territorial para efectos del juzgamiento . El territorio nacional se divide, para efectos del juzgamiento, en distritos, circuitos y municipios.

La Corte Suprema de Justicia tiene competencia en todo el territorio nacional.

Los Tribunales Superiores de Distrito Judicial, en el correspondiente distrito.

Los Jueces penales de circuito especializados, penales de circuito y promiscuos de circuito en su respectivo circuito.

Los Jueces Penales y promiscuos municipales, en el respectivo municipio".
