Informe a la Contraloría General de la República. El establecimiento de crédito que reciba una orden de embargo en contravención a lo dispuesto por el presente capítulo, deberá informar inmediatamente a la Contraloría General de la República para que inicie un juicio fiscal contra el funcionario judicial que ordenó el embargo.
