º . En virtud de lo previsto en los numerales 2, 5 y 10 del artículo 5º y el numeral 1 del artículo 6º de la Ley 79 de 1988, la cooperativa que haya dado origen a la cooperativa financiera o de ahorro y crédito resultado de la escisión de que trata el artículo 104 de la Ley 795 de 2003, podrá participar tanto directamente como a través de sus entidades relacionadas, hasta en un noventa y cinco por ciento (95%) en el patrimonio de la nueva cooperativa.
