º . Adiciónese el Decreto 1615 de 2003 con el artículo 47, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 47. Transferencia de la propiedad de la red de televisión. La propiedad de la red de difusión de audio y video de señales de televisión de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones Telecom en Liquidación, se transfiere de manera automática por mandato del presente decreto a la Nación - Ministerio de Comunicaciones, por el valor registrado en los estados financieros de la entidad en liquidación".
