Las empresas de transporte terrestre público automotor de carga, para suplir insuficiencias ocasionales de parque automotor, podrán contratar vehículos vinculados o afiliados a otras empresas. Esta contratación deberá realizarse directamente con el propietario del vehículo o quien legalmente lo represente.
