° Los dueños de bienes raices que hayan sido adjudicados al Estado de Cundinamarca en pago de empréstitos decretados por el Gobierno de la Union, tienen derecho a rescatar las mencionadas fincas, siempre que paguen en la Tesorería jeneral el empréstito que motivó el remate, los intereses demora i las costas del juicio, por cuotas partes iguales en cuatro meses contados desde esta fecha.
