Decreto 1732 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamenta el título IX de la Ley 201 de 1995 y se dictan otras disposiciones

Concurso desierto. El concurso deberá ser declarado desierto por el Procurador General de la Nación, mediante resolución motivada, sólo en los siguientes casos

Cuando no se hubiere inscrito ningún aspirante o ninguno hubiere acreditado los requisitos, en los términos señalados en el artículo 23 de este decreto.

Cuando ningún concursante haya superado la totalidad de las pruebas.

Parágrafo

Declarado desierto un concurso, la entidad deberá convocar nuevamente dentro de los veinte (20) días hábiles siguientes.
