Art. 8.º Cuando respecto de un mismo individuo ocurrieren dos ó más de las causales que conforme el artículo 5º de esta Ley dan derecho á recompensa unitaria definitiva, sólo se hará efectiva íntegramente respecto de una de ellas; acordada la primera recompensa sólo habrá derecho á un veinticinco por ciento (25 por 100) más, por cada una de las nuevas causales, salvo lo que adelante se determine en esta Ley.
