Cuando los familiares del personal civil se encuentren en condiciones de percibir beneficios de igual naturaleza de parte de otra entidad o persona diferente del Ministerio de Guerra este queda relevado de conceder las prestaciones determinadas en el artículo 53 de este decreto.
