Para los efectos del artículo anterior la Junta incinerará sin demora los billetes deteriorados que cambie y llevará una relación circunstanciada de todo, que se publicará diariamente. Del cambio se extenderé una diligencia, que deberá firmar el interesado, cuando la suma cambiada excediere de diez mil pesos papel moneda.
