La presente ley deberá ser traducida en los diferentes sistemas de comunicación de las distintas discapacidades y deberá ser socializado a nivel nacional, departamental, municipal y distrital, para que sea conocida por la población objetivo. El Consejo Nacional de Discapacidad y los Comités Territoriales de Discapacidad deberán apoyar la difusión y deberá participar activamente en su divulgación.
