Acto seguido el Presidente en presencia de los integrantes del Tribunal procede a efectuar el escrutinio, cuyo resultado se consignará en el original de los cuestionarios con las firmas del Presidente y del Secretario de la audiencia. El Secretario levantará un acta que firmarán el Presidente, los demás vocales y personas hayan intervenido, dejando constancia de las observaciones o reparos que sean pertinentes.
