Adicionar un numeral al artículo 7° del Decreto 1016 de 2000, el cual quedará así: “ Artículo 7°. Del Superintendente . El Superintendente de Puertos y Transporte es agente del Presidente de la República, de su libre nombramiento y remoción, como Jefe del organismo le corresponde ejercer las siguientes funciones: “(...) “30. Adelantar el proceso de intervención de los organismos de tránsito, de conformidad con lo establecido por el artículo 19 de la Ley 1702 de 2013 o la norma que la modifique o sustituya”.
