A partir de la vigencia de la presente ley, las administraciones municipales y departamental del Archipiélago de San Andrés, Providencia, y Santa Catalina estarán autorizadas para asignar partidas presupuestales de su respectivo presupuesto anual, para el cumplimiento de las disposiciones consagradas en la presente ley.
