Los impuestos de timbre por concepto de actuaciones consulares establecidas en el artículo primero, se reajustarán mediante decreto del Gobierno Nacional, hasta el veinticinco por ciento (25%), cada tres años, contados a partir del 1o. de enero de 1986.
