Las resoluciones que expida la Junta de Comercio Exterior en desarrollo de los artículos 30 de la Ley 1º de 1959, y 3º, aparte j) del Decreto-ley 1733 de 1964, no afectarán las exportaciones garantizadas de conformidad con el artículo anterior, en cuanto a las cantidades objeto del respectivo contrato y durante el término del mismo.
