Cuando el Gobierno o el Ministerio de Defensa Nacional en virtud de lo establecido en el artículo 75 de este Decreto, determine que un Oficial o Suboficial con incapacidad relativa o permanente continúe en servicio, se le reconocerá y pagará la indemnización que le corresponda de acuerdo con los haberes del grado que tenga cuando se declare la lesión por la Sanidad de la Policía. En consecuencia, el Oficial o Suboficial no tendrá derecho a nueva prestación por el mismo concepto.
