Seguridad Social

Ley 62 de 1993 · “Por la cual se expiden normas sobre la Policía Nacional, se crea un establecimiento público de seguridad social y bienestar para la Policía Nacional, se crea la Superintendencia de Vigilancia y Seguridad Privada y se reviste de facultades extraordinarias al Presidente de la República”.

Créase un Establecimiento Público del orden nacional para atender la seguridad social y bienestar para la Policía Nacional, adscrito al Ministerio de Defensa, encargado de desarrollar los siguientes programas:

a)

Salud;

b)

Educación;

c)

Recreación;

d)

Vivienda propia y vivienda fiscal;

e)

Readaptación laboral y subsidios para los discapacitados físicos.
