Art 6° Los Notarios no otorgaran escrituras ni protocolizaran documentos sin que se compruebe haber pagado el derecho de registro respectivo, y en las copias que expidan insertaran la boleta que compruebe el pago. Los Registradores de instrumentos públicos no harán en sus libros las inscripciones de documentos privados sin que se compruebe haberse pagado el derecho de registro que hayan causado.
