La solicitud de libertad condicional podrá ser formulada por el interesado tres meses antes de la fecha en que deba cumplir la respectiva pena, hecha la deducción de la rebaja de que tratan el ARTICULO 4o. de esta Ley y el artículo 114 del Código Penal.
