Fijación de tarifas. Con la licencia de funcionamiento se autoriza al establecimiento educativo privado para que aplique las tarifas de matrícula, pensiones y cobros periódicos presentados en la propuesta aprobada. El establecimiento se clasificará en uno de los regímenes de tarifas, de acuerdo con el resultado de la autoevaluación a que hace referencia el literal l) del artículo 2.3.2.1.4. de este Decreto.
