Niveles administrativos en las entidades territoriales . Para efecto de lo dispuesto en el presente decreto, las entidades territoriales deberán definir, mediante autoridad competente, los niveles administrativos en los cuales se agrupan sus empleos. El número de estos niveles no podrá ser superior al de los niveles administrativos establecidos para el orden nacional.
