DE LA INACCESIBILIDAD AL MEDIDOR. Si la lectura no fuere posible por no tener acceso a los contadores o medidores, se hará constar dicha circunstancia en el documento respectivo, el cual se dejará en el sitio de acceso al inmueble o unidad residencial, caso en el cual la empresa podrá hacer un promedio del consumo de los últimos seis (6) meses.
