Los fondos destinados en el artículo 254, capítulo 47, de la Ley de Apropiaciones vigente, para dotación y sostenimiento de la Escuela Normal de Gigante, se distribuyen así:

Queda en estos términos reformado el artículo 3º del Decreto número 132 del presente año.
