Ámbito de aplicación. La presente Sección aplica a los docentes y directivos docentes en carrera, escalafonados de acuerdo con el Decreto–ley 2277 de 1979, que se encuentran laborando en el Instituto Técnico Industrial Pascual Bravo y se financian con recursos del Presupuesto Nacional asignados al Instituto Tecnológico Pascual Bravo.
