Ley 57 de 1987 · por la cual se reviste al Presidente de la República de facultades extraordinarias para expedir el Código de Minas, para ajustar y adecuar a sus preceptos algunas funciones del Ministerio de Minas y Energía y de sus organismos adscritos o vinculados, para dictar normas de carácter tributario, cambiario y otras disposiciones, de conformidad con el numeral 12 del artículo 76 de la Constitución Nacional.
