ARTICULO 28 . Acceso al expediente y aporte de pruebas por el perjudicado . La víctima o el perjudicado, según el caso, podrá ejercer el derecho de petición ante el funcionario judicial con el fin de obtener información o hacer solicitudes específicas, pudiendo aportar pruebas. El funcionario debe responder dentro de los diez días siguientes.
