Competencia disciplinaria para investigar . Las Procuradurías Regionales, Distritales y Provinciales podrán adelantar investigaciones disciplinarias de competencia de otras procuradurías de su mismo nivel territorial. No obstante, las decisiones de archivo y los fallos sólo podrán ser expedidos por el funcionario competente, conforme a lo dispuesto en este decreto.
