Art. 7.° Si el carácter de invalidez absoluta no constare en el título del pensionado, esta invalidez será considerada relativa o temporal, miéntras no se compruebe claramente que la invalidez es absoluta de acuerdo con las prescripciones de los artículos 1.° i 4.° del decreto ejecutivo número 326 de 1878 (31 de julio).
