Por medio de las relaciones de autorización se atenderán todos los gastos que se causen fuera de Bogotá, por conducto de la Dirección General de Tesorería a nombre de los Administradores de Impuestos Nacionales, o por delegación de éstos, a los Recaudadores de Impuestos Nacionales o Pagadores Nacionales en cada región.
